A monthly dinner club by Kate Longden, The Food Doula, at the Dummer Down Brewery Tap Room.

MENU WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY

First Thursday is a dinner club with part interactive menu, because I believe that flavour preference and play is an important part of enjoying food.

You can ‘cook the dinner club’ because you’ll go home with a recipe of something you’ve eaten.

You can ‘shop the dinner club’ because you can go home with some elements of the evening for your fridge, freezer or store cupboard, to enjoy again.

You can ‘listen to the dinner club’ at home, if you remember to snap the QR code of The First Thursday playlist as you leave.

There is a paying bar at the venue, drinks are NOT included. Apart from… 

On arrival.. a non alcoholic herbal oxymel drink (apple cider vinegar, honey & botanical herbs, home brewed by me). And at the end of the night a herbal blend your own tea. 

In between these you can buy alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks & cocktails from the tap room bar
