I often go, not to the fridge, but to the store cupboard in order to get a sense or navigation for what I fancy eating. It guides you through building flavour and using different elements meals you can prepare separately and use across dishes to avoid waste, save time and create your own style of cooking, unlocking or furthering your intuition in the kitchen.
