I curate a menu that is focussed on your preferences and palette and any particular focus foods you may be needing depending on your current health eg: if you are postpartum there are specific foods that will aid optimum healing. The same for pregnancy, post op, a period of high stress or anxiety etc.. We meet you where you are, with what you need.
