A SNAPSHOT

This tool is a method for reflecting on emotional health, gaining a snapshot of now and have a visual representation for how to proactively increase joy, ease, calm, support & nervous system regulation.

Imagine the centre of the circle is zero and the circumference is 10. For each category, score where you are, 0-10. I like to print and shade the categories in. Doing this exercise shows gaps or unbalance so see where its all gone a bit wonky and what you could focus on doing more of, working on small shifts to feel how you want to feel.

Your categories may be different to mine, in which case use this just as an idea. I like to do this once a month or every few months and look to see where I have been working on prioritising things I know will support me!
