Below are some side dish ideas/ pairings/ inspirations. Plant diversity is really important so tis is also a way to consider adding more plants. My favourite way of doing this is with my 7 seed mix. It’s a blend of 7 seeds : flax, chia, pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, hemp, sesame (whizzed up)then I pop it in a jar and keep it on the table, it goes on everything and you’ve added 7 different extra plants to each meal!
